Kim Coghlan

Kim is the cofounder of EcomToolbox, where she and her husband, Perry, help Amazon sellers turn their side hustle into a sustainable business that fits their lifestyle.A stay-at-home mom when they began selling on Amazon, Kim quickly discovered a love for problem-solving, data analysis, and  of course, spreadsheets. As their business grew, she took ownership of account health, inventory health, and the financial side of operations, bringing clarity and stability to the numbers behind the business.

Learning to run and scale an e-commerce business was a steep learning curve, and now Kim and Perry love guiding other sellers through the same journey, helping them avoid common mistakes and build with confidence.


When she’s not wrangling spreadsheets, Kim enjoys running, weightlifting, skydiving, and eating inordinate amounts of chocolate.

Perry Coghlan

Perry is the cofounder of EcomToolbox, where he helps Amazon sellers bring order to the chaos of their business and take back control of their time. He and his wife, Kim, started their FBA journey in 2014 while Perry was traveling most weeks as a consultant, a job that kept him away from his growing family. Within nine months of selling on Amazon, Perry was able to quit his job and come home to join the business full time.

What they didn’t realize then was just how much time and energy it would take to start and scale a business. Long 16-hour days, seven days a week, eventually began to take their toll.Determined to reclaim their time and their sanity, Perry and Kim began building and training processes across their business, systems that ultimately helped them grow to 8 figures in profitable sales with a dedicated team keeping the business on track.

Today, Perry draws on more than 10 years of e-commerce experience and over 20 years of lean management principles to help other sellers find the same work–life balance and build a business they can sustain and scale.

When he isn’t refining processes or running operations, you’ll find Perry mastering his backyard smoker or strength training in the gym.

Christi Renner

Christi, eComToolbox’s Shopping Manager, brings nine years of expertise in retail arbitrage, having shaped the department by creating processes and streamlining procedures. Her adaptability ensures a steady flow of profitable inventory, navigating the dynamic retail landscape with finesse. Passionate about the thrill of sourcing, she builds strong relationships with store managers and empowers her team to excel, driving eComToolbox’s growth and innovation. Her commitment to excellence makes her a cornerstone of the company’s success.

Beyond work, Christi embraces fitness, lifting weights with her husband or joining Orangetheory Fitness classes with accountability partners. A devoted mother, she supports her daughter Vivi’s middle school journey, cheering at Girl Scouts, youth orchestra violin performances, and league volleyball. Her family includes two beloved dogs, whose adorable photos she enjoys sharing. Her faith in Jesus Christ fuels her dedication to work, family, and personal growth.

Natasha Guilbeaux

Natasha, a native Texan and graduate of Texas A&M University, sits in an Operations Executive seat as the Integrator at EComToolbox. Leveraging 25 years of HR and technical recruiting experience, she’s passionate about driving client success, finding solutions to problems, and fostering a workplace full of ‘ideal team players’. Her success stems from hard work, tenacity, a heart for service, and building dynamic teams.  

Outside of work, Natasha treasures time with her husband of 18 years, John, and their teenagers, Saige and Garrett. You’ll often find them at school sports events - cheering along with their Cheerleader daughter, Saige, or celebrating Garrett’s big plays on the basketball court. Weekends are filled floating in the pool, boating on Lake Travis with loved ones, or managing her eBay side hustle. In her spare moments, Natasha enjoys serving in music at church and pursuing growth in health and fitness.

Rooted in her spiritual values, Natasha's drive and approach to life is inspired by her faith in Jesus Christ, guiding her to serve others with profound gratitude.

Miguel Navarro

Miguel serves as the Assistant Sourcing Manager at EComToolbox, overseeing operations at the company’s satellite location, from shopper procurement to product fulfillment. A steadfast advocate for the company’s core values and vision, he excels as both a motivator and team driver, fostering collaboration and high performance. With a passion for efficiency, Miguel thrives in dynamic environments, inspiring engaged individuals to maximize their impact and achieve collective success.

Before joining EComToolbox, Miguel built a robust career with 15 years in Houston’s oil and gas industry, where he managed project crews of 2-6 members, honing his leadership and operational skills. He later ran a warehouse at an auction house, gaining hands-on logistics experience. Six years ago, Miguel embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, founding Leverage Services and working in the Amazon (AZ) space, bringing valuable insights to his current role.

Outside of work, Miguel is experience-driven, cherishing moments filled with laughter and connection. Whether at local events, church gatherings, or dinner nights with family and friends, you’ll likely find him alongside his wife, Gloria, and their loyal Shih Tzu, Louie. As proud parents of two college-aged sons, Miguel and Gloria stay active and fulfilled, balancing their professional drive with the joys of family life.

Kelly Bambacigno

Meet Our Operations Manager: Kelly Bambacigno

Kelly Bambacigno, eComToolbox’s Operations Manager, oversees seamless sourcing and fulfillment processes. With a deep passion for efficiency, she collaborates closely with warehouse and shopping teams to ensure smooth inventory flow. Kelly also plays a pivotal role in developing policies that keep inventory moving and profitable.

As a former writer and editor, she brings a keen eye for detail to her role, earning a reputation as a go-to troubleshooter and problem-solver for sourcing and prepping crews. Known for her enthusiasm, Kelly describes her role as the best job she’s ever had, citing the joy of solving problems, streamlining processes, and working with a team that embodies a culture of excellence. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her adult children and grand-furbabies while serving as a mentor mom in her church’s ministry for young mothers.
